Our structure
FIIND Impact consists of a commercial entity (BV) and a foundation in which different target audiences are serviced. Commercial versus non-commercial.
The Company | for-profit: FIIND Impact mobilises and supports institutional investors and asset owners in finding the investment opportunities that match their impact mandate. We work for endowments & foundations, family offices, wealth management & private banks, insurers, pension funds and their fiduciary managers.
The Foundation | non-profit: FIIND Impact foundation supports non-profit and governmental organisations in mobilising capital from institutional investors to move the money to where it is really needed.
The Foundation is also publishing research to help capacity building in the Impact industry. Our latest research results are published on www.faithimpactproject.org. A project aimed at moving faith-based investments into impact.

Team
Sophie Robé, CFA, PhD
Sophie is founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of FIIND Impact, an Amsterdam-based investment advisory boutique dedicated to impact investing. Prior to this, she founded Phenix Capital, an impact investing intermediary in July 2012, and was co-CEO until March 2020. The company successfully run seven impact investing summits, convened some among the largest asset owners, representing trillions in assets under management, and inspired numerous institutional investors to build impact mandates, while active as event convener, placement agent, and managing an impact fund platform,
Sophie and her team also launched a dedicated advisory service for institutional investors.
Prior to Phenix Capital, Sophie was a Director and Head of Hedge fund Sales at Jupiter Asset Management in London and a Vice President and Head of Quantitative Equity Analysis at Commerzbank Asset Management in Germany. She is a CFA Charterholder and holds a PhD in Economics and Statistics from the University of Kassel in Germany. In 1992 she wrote her Master Thesis on Environmental Impact assessment and is a Diplom Oekonom.
Maarten Toussaint, BA, MBM
Maarten is Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has over 20 years of project management and operational experience. Maarten has worked in various roles as partner, operations director, client services director and Management Team member at large agencies. In his last role as COO / Internal partner at Design Bridge he managed a company of 90 people, with approximately 85 projects running at the same time, for large multinational clients. Maarten is used to manage large teams up to 15 direct reports. Maarten holds a BA from The Utrecht Business School (Economy and Communication) and a Master of Brand Management title from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Natalie Shriber Klatt
Natalie is an Impact Change Advisor at FIIND Impact. She brings 15 years of private market fund investment experience across asset classes, geographies and investment strategies at prior firms including IFC, FMO, Wilshire Associates & Triple Jump. Her track record spans impact and commercial fund investments in diverse sectors ranging from tech and tech-enabled businesses, agriculture & forestry, FMCG, financial services, infrastructure and climate. She has served on countless investment advisory boards and was an inaugural member of the Workers Counsel and the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee of a Dutch based emerging markets impact investment manager. She is currently the Head of Investments at Heading for Change, a donor advised fund investing at the nexus of climate and gender. She is a passionate advocate and champion of diversity, equity, inclusion and justice for all and is committed to co-creating a world where all people and planet thrive.
Irene Mastelli
Irene Mastelli is an Impact Change Advisor at FIIND Impact. Previously she was Director of Advisory at Phenix Capital from 2018 until 2020. In that role she worked on numerous advisory projects with Sophie. Irene’s background is in investment advisory. She was at Cambridge Associates, a leading institutional investment advisor in London, advising large asset owners on investment policy, asset allocation, manager selection and oversight. She also worked at Nordea Wealth Management in Stockholm, in the asset allocation team, spearheading efforts to transform the advisory model to include sustainability and impact. Irene started her career in the institutional asset management division of Julius Baer (now GAM) and Aviva Investors in business development and relationship management roles. Irene holds a BA in economics from University Bocconi in Milan, Italy, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
Karina Soemarwoto
Karina Soemarwoto is an Impact Change Advisor at FIIND Impact Foundation. Previously, she worked at Phenix Capital, an Amsterdam-based intermediary specialized in impact investing. At the foundation Karina has been leading the research for multidimensional poverty and contributed to the climate financing research, working on the Faith Impact Project, which focuses on helping faith-based organizations move their investments into faith-consistent, sustainable solutions. Karina has a postgraduate background Physics, Business Studies and Middle Eastern Studies, and has has knowledge of English, Indonesian, Dutch and Arabic.
